Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage project administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and organizing events.
- Act as the main contact for project teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Help allocate and track resources for projects within budget and timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation to meet organizational standards.
- Identify and escalate project risks, assisting in mitigation strategies.
- Support quality control by monitoring project deliverables and adherence to standards.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing updates to project managers.
- Offer general administrative support to project teams, including travel arrangements and invoice processing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project administration or project management support roles.
- Proficiency in project management software and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Project Management Software).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, IT, or healthcare is desirable.
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
