Overview
As an experienced IT Application Product Sales Manager, your role involves leading sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s IT application products. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure successful product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for IT products to boost revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and feedback to find opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
- Lead the sales process from start to finish, including demos and negotiations.
- Work with product, marketing, and support teams to align sales strategies.
- Use sales data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform management.
- Guide and support the sales team, set goals, and review performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tech, and competitors.
- Conduct market research to find new business opportunities and innovate products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT application product sales, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth understanding of IT application technologies, including SaaS solutions, enterprise software, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams.`
