Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through market research and networking to expand the software company’s client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing appropriate software solutions.
  • Generate leads, cold call, and schedule meetings to pitch software products and services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the software company’s offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting software products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for sales tracking and management.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about software products and industry trends.
