Overview:
As a Software Project Manager with over 8 years of experience, you will lead and manage software development projects, overseeing teams and ensuring successful project delivery. Proficiency in PHP frameworks is essential for effective coordination with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with PHP framework requirements.
- Coordinate with developers proficient in PHP frameworks, facilitating collaboration and resolving technical challenges to meet project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with PHP-based development projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocations, optimizing PHP framework utilization while adhering to project constraints.
- Oversee PHP development processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, testing protocols, and quality assurance measures.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations regarding PHP framework implementation.
- Manage changes to project scope or PHP framework requirements, evaluating impacts and adjusting plans accordingly while maintaining project integrity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project requirements, specifications, and PHP framework configurations, ensuring accessibility and reference for all stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of software project management experience, with proficiency in PHP frameworks.
- Strong understanding of PHP development methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and software testing methodologies.
