Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel PHP framework, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues reported by users or QA testers, ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Integrate data from various sources and databases into the web applications.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data security and user access control.
  • Stay updated on Laravel framework updates, best practices, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance development processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Laravel framework.
  • Proficiency in PHP programming language and Laravel framework, including Laravel Blade templating engine, Eloquent ORM, and Laravel migrations.
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React.js is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment..Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
